Executive Officers

Mr. Rosen has served as CEO of Kenon since September 2017 and also serves on the board of Kenon as an executive director and on the board of OPC Energy Ltd. as director. He is also a Member of the Advisory Board of James Cook University Singapore. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Rosen served as General Counsel of Kenon upon joining Kenon in 2014. Prior to joining Kenon, Mr. Rosen spent 15 years in private practice with top tier law firms, including Linklaters LLP and Milbank LLP. Mr. Rosen is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York, holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Boston University and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with high honors.

Ms. Joseph joined Kenon Holdings Ltd. in June 2023 and has served as Chief Financial Officer from September 2023. Ms. Joseph also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ansonia Holdings Singapore B.V. Prior to joining Ansonia Holdings Singapore B.V, Ms. Joseph served in senior finance positions from 2012 to 2023 in Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd. and Quantum Pacific Shipping Services Pte. Ltd, each of which may be associated with the same ultimate beneficiary, Mr. Idan Ofer. She is a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants).  She holds a Masters in Business Administration (specializing in Accountancy) from Nanyang Business School, Singapore and Bachelors in Science (Mathematics) from Mahatma Gandhi University, India.
